FAQ'S

LET'S ANSWER A FEW OF THOSE QUESTIONS...

How do I become a Member? Do you let anyone join?

Our goal is to continually build an incredible community at The Duke and in hopes of ensuring that is maintained, we'll want to make sure you're a good fit for the community before joining. Anyone who's interested in becoming a member must first set up a meeting and come by the building. We'll learn more about you, your business, and you desires for joining The Duke community. If there's space and you're business is a good fit we'll start the application process and go from there.

What's parking like?

Parking downtown is never awesome, however, we've got a pretty nice spot as far as that's concerned! Our lot has room for 4 private parking spaces which are reserved 100% of the time for private office members. In addition to these spaces adjacent The Duke is one of Downtown's largest private parking lots. If interested members can purchase monthly parking for just $90. In addition to both of these options Duke Street has plenty of metered parking.

Do I have to sign a lease?

No. We don’t lock you into a long-term multi-year lease, all of our private offices and memberships are on an all-inclusive, monthly membership basis with only 30-day notice required after a 12-month initial commitment period.

Will my stuff be safe?

The Duke is equipped with 24/7 security camera coverage as well as each office has its own lock and key. Non-street facing windows are barred and all exterior doors are equipped with an activity log to trace exactly who entered and when.

What are my payment options?

How do Members access The Duke?

Members will have access to the building via private access codes and/or digital smart keys. Access to private offices will be through a traditional pair of keys. Members are required to follow lock up procedures if they're are the last to leave the building or anytime after hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm / excluding holidays).

Absolutely. We will do what we can to customize the space to best suit your businesses needs. If you're interested in discussing something other than what you see online please Contact Us and we'll see what we can do.

Do you offer custom spaces to larger businesses?

We accept post-dated cheques or electronic payment such as EMT (email money transfers). But the most common way is for members to setup online payment through your bank just like you would a utility bill. This way you can schedule the payment, setting it up once and not have to think about it each month.
